In each of us hides all of us… That’s how we can define acting. It allows to reach to the inner self, develop empathy and also relate to others . The ultimate goal is to feel like other feel and connect to each other.

CHOREOGRAPHER

Sometimes the soul speaks through your body … Because we cannot find the proper words, the body does. Without hesitation, our guts find a movement that fit onto the music … Without thinking, from a free form … That’s how I find the movement not with the number of counts only listening to my heartbeat.

CREATIVE DIRECTOR

Restriction is a productive ground for creation. When you have nothing you start to create and go beyond your imagination, trusting the process. In restriction, genius often arises.

Biography

Brahim Rachiki is an artist who has always been passionate about expressing himself in different ways. He started his journey in art by dancing, watching videos of the King of Pop : Michael Jackson, when he was only a kid.

His biggest dream has always been to become an actor and play different characters.

By the age of 12, he had the opportunity to play in different short films. Some directors encouraged him to follow this path, while his parents wanted him to study.

Brahim decided to put his dream aside, but started dancing again to fulfill his deep need of creation. When he danced, he was curious, lively and passionate, so it naturally became his major way of expression.

As the streets were his playground, he turned to hip-hop. In parallel, he was reading books and watching documentaries about Bob Fosse and Baryshnikov, to name just a few, to nourish his inspiration.

He also wrote poetry to put words on all the images that came to his mind and express his emotions. His thirst of learning lead him to travel to the USA.

His ultimate goal was to meet experienced dancers of different styles and work with them.

His hard work finally paid off few years later, when Brahim gets the opportunity to collaborate with international music Pop Stars.

In 2008, he choreographed Madonna « Vogue », on « Sticky and Sweet Tour ». The news spreads quickly : Ed Moo re, Janet Jackson’s choreographer asks him to work on the singer’s “Discipline” tour.

In 2009, he joined Travis Payne’s team on Michael Jackson’s « This Is It ». After this incredible experience, and the death of his icon Michael Jackson, he decided to go back to his first love: cinema.

While studying acting, Brahim appears in different commercials, live events and collaborates with many famous artists. He played in different American and European movies, and modeled for David Lachapelle and many other brands.

As a creative and artistic director, he works again with Travis Payne and wins an award as best choreographer.

Dancer, actor, model, director, Brahim continuously creates new artistic projects and is still full of surprises.
